Thirty years spanning Michelin-starred London kitchens, luxury safari lodges, UHNW private households, and award-winning restaurants. Available for private dining and consultancy engagements.
Get in touchMy career began in the classical kitchens of London — The Greenhouse in Mayfair and Orrery in Marylebone, both Michelin-starred — where the technical rigour and reverence for produce that defines everything I do was formed.
From there, a career spanning thirty years has taken me from Galvin's Michelin-starred brigade to the remote luxury of Ngorongoro Crater Lodge in Tanzania, from founding my own Michelin Guide-listed restaurant in Yorkshire to cooking privately for UHNW families across multiple international residences.
I bring to every engagement the same things: precise cooking, intelligent menus, absolute discretion, and a genuine belief that great food — whether for a household of four or a dining room of forty — should be an expression of the best the season has to offer.
Whether you have a clear brief or an idea still forming, I am happy to have a conversation. I work with a small number of clients at any one time.
